Every piece in this collection is intentionally crafted as part of a limited-edition collaboration with SEWA. Each item represents the skill, time, and artistry of women artisans—handmade in small batches to support sustainable livelihoods. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of this collaboration, all purchases are final sale. We encourage mindful purchasing to honor the craftsmanship and purpose behind each piece.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring every item meets our quality standards. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at emily@projectdandelion.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
